Developing Style as a Closeted Crossdresser

From time to time we are flattered when clients take the time to send us pictures of their latest outfits etc and to let us know how they are progressing with their crossdressing. We find it so interesting when we see pictures of girls over a period of months and years to see how they develop their own sense of style. We’re always intrigued to see girls who come to the NJ location early in their dressing and then when we see them a year or two later when they have blossomed from a relative ‘newbie’ into a gorgeous female, as if by magic. Such transformations are quite common and it gives us a thrill that we have had a small part to play in our girl’s development.

Ginny’s story

Recently, Ginny, a girl we first met a few years ago sent us a charming update on her progress along with some recent pictures which we just loved here at HQ. As a result we asked Ginny if she would be kind enough to give us her thoughts on her own spectacular transformation so we could share with the readers.

“I’ve known David Borrows for years, and have always been a frequent shopper at his crossdresser store, Glamour Boutique in northern New Jersey. When David asked if I could write a short note to all you girls out there who, like me, are closeted and living two lives; I had to say yes.

Like many of you know already, it’s never easy having this desire to dress like a woman, especially since birth. I’ve dealt with this desire for many years and did not know what to do about it. Then I found David and his business and they very quickly became one of the most wonderful sources of understanding and support in my life. Let me tell you how it all happened:

After a life of furtively living out of the closet and making no attempt to actually look passable, I decided to make a change. About five years ago, I took a few steps towards upgrading my feminine look. I knew I wanted to make a big enough change to my image, so that I could go out in public periodically and be seen/accepted as a woman. So, I built a wardrobe of feminine outfits, learned how to apply makeup, and made my first attempts to seriously pass. As I developed a sense of who I could be, it became clear that there were certain professional items and advice that I needed to succeed. I was trying to transform my body from a slender, but still male form, to a curvy and convincing female form. So, I worked up the nerve to drive to Glamour Boutique, where David personally fitted me for my first real corset, breast forms, and bra. I was very nervous and self-conscious, but David and his staff immediately made me feel relaxed and at ease. With these, and other items from Glamour Boutique that I’ve purchased over the years, I created “Ginny”; my female persona.

Even though, I have achieved creating a passable look, I’m still very closeted with my dressing. But, I do periodically return to Glamour Boutique for more assistance and products and do regularly go out as Ginny. With time and Glamour Boutique’s assistance, I have become an attractive woman who regularly goes out to socialize. It is beyond anything I even dreamed possible. I owe this to many people, but David and his staff have really made a difference in my life. I’ve included several current photos of me wearing Glamour Boutique products. Excuse my face being obscured, but I am a closeted girl. I’m not a model by any means and wrote this without any compensation. I simply wanted to reach out to other closeted girls like myself. I would also like to thank David and his staff.

With love and appreciation,

Ginny”

We can’t thank-you enough Ginny for opening up about your own experience to-date. I’m sure this will give many girls an idea of what can be achieved and the happiness that can result from such an achievement. Remember, if you cannot get to our New Jersey store for crossdressers then we are only a phone call away.
