Our designers and manufacturers inspect the quality of all products we have made including breast forms, corsets and clothing several times during the production process. Our warehouse staff also check all items before shipping and ensure that during delivery your order is protected with durable and resistant plain packaging.
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return items for exchange, credit or refund (shipping and handling costs not included).
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our no-quibble Return Policy is valid when you carry out the following:
- Customer informs customer service within 10 working days of receipt of package (as determined by tracking number) and obtains a Return Authorization number (RA #)
- Customer ships back return within 15 working days of receipt of package at own expense with note detailing what is needed e.g. size exchange, credit or refund etc. RA# to be clearly marked on the outside of the return package
- Return item(s) must be returned in original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition. Items returned marked/stained, damaged or smelling of perfumes, deodorants, smoke etc will be cleaned at customers expense and in the extreme will be void of our return policy
Please ensure you try Breast Forms on with a bra first to gauge correct size and do not use adhesives. Once adhesive is used on forms they cannot be returned due to Health Regulations. Shoes must be tried on whilst on a carpeted area – shoes returned with signs of wear including scuff marks and scratches to heels and soles will be void of the return policy.
Due to Federal and State health regulations we are unable to receive back the following items once they ship from our warehouse: lingerie, undergarments (including panties, girdles, thongs), hosiery, bodystockings, wigs, makeup, adhesives and breast forms and nipples with self-adhesive backing (Aphrodites and Real Breast for example) and special order/made-to-order garments and prosthetics e.g. breastplates, silicone padding and V-panties. For exchanges/returns customer pays return shipping to GB and GB ships back at our cost the first exchange. If a second exchange is required the customer is responsible for the 2nd shipping exchange shipping charge. If entire order returned for refund customer pays shipping back to GB and GB will refund less the cost of actual shipping to customer. Glamour Boutique will cover 50% of re-shipping exchanges back to a customer who is located outside of the USA. Where partial orders from outside of the U.S.A. are returned refunds will be less the portion of our shipping cost for the weight of that part of the order returned.
FREE Shipping offers are available on a limited basis to U.S. destinations (excluding AK, HI, PR). Please note entire orders returned or cancelled and partial returns (where items kept no longer meet the $99 value needed for free shipping) are refunded LESS actual shipping cost if Free Shipping was used.
Special Order items are firm sale only and are not included in the Return and Refund Policy.

We recommend you insure all returned packages as the contents are your responsibility until we receive them.
PLEASE NOTE: If customer refuses delivery of a package OR customer’s package is returned to us if they were not present at time of delivery*, on return to our warehouse you will receive a refund less our actual shipping costs incurred and less 10% re-stocking. UPS charge for return shipping i.e. a refusal of a UPS package will mean a refund is made LESS actual shipping cost to customer and return journey to NJ. (UPS also return refused packages at the same class/rate as they were sent i.e. if you refuse a Next Day package then they return to us Next Day so in effect you are charged 2 lots of Next Day shipping by refusing the package).
*Overseas customers are responsible for checking tracking to see if carrier has attempted delivery when they are out. They must then contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery before the package gets ‘returned to sender’. If it is returned, customer will be refunded less shipping charges ONLY when GB have received the package back.
