Let’s start by telling everyone where you are from?
I am from the USA and I live in one of the world’s most favorite destinations New York City and also spend time with family in New Jersey and Connecticut.
When did you first start dressing and how did it come about?
For me my earliest memory is around 5 years old. It all started with a fun playtime where me and my friend used to play teacher and student roleplay. so when I was teacher I use to pick Miss Martha and it started from using some props to wearing a headband, then some jewelry (at this point it was fun play for me), but as time progressed I started using my mom’s pantyhose and heels and started dressing up when alone very discreetly. When I was in high school I realized I am a girl who loves dressing up but I still dressed up privately until after college. After college I mustered the courage to be myself and started dressing fulltime. I am 26 now. I have been dressing full time for around 5 years now.
How did you come up with your Femme name?
Mia Jazmine is a combination of two names. Mia is because my mom wanted to name me Mia as she wanted a girl after 2 boys when she was carrying me. Jazmine is what my boyfriend used to call me all the time. Princess jasmine but he used to call me Jazmine ( jaz ). So there it is Mia Jazmine!

How often do you dress?
I have dressed almost full time for the last 5 years. I go out dressed for everyday errands, shopping, dining, clubbing, social events, family functions. I feel super confident now being out full time.
Are you married/in a relationship? If yes, are you able to share your female self with your partner?
I am in a relationship with my man MiaJazmine who loves me and I am Mia with him all the time. Blessed to have a man who supports me and loves me for who I am and has been my rock. He is my biggest cheerleader.
Tell us what goes into getting the perfect photo?
For me to get a perfect photo lighting is important and smile through your eyes. Make up has to be flawless. Bold lipstick is a must. In my case a bold red lipstick is a must. I like to accessorize too.

What are some of your favorite outfits/fashions?
Mini dresses / skirts are my jive to wear when going out. I like to wear jewelry and long heels. One of my fashion statements is my nose ring and I like to wear waist band jewelry too. On a regular day you will find me in leggings and a tee. I love following current fashion trends.
Stockings or pantyhose?
Stocking for me. I feel super sexy in them.
Heels or flats?
Heels for me all the way. I have a collection of 6/7 inch heels and I feel most sexy when I wear them. I always pair my outfit with a sexy heel. My favorites are my red and pink pumps.
Favorite places to go when dressed?
Dinner at a fine restaurant, bars in New York City, clubbing, local trans /bi/cd events, Broadway shows, friends/ family events.

Go to accessories for a night out?
My nose ring, bracelet and my diamond necklace.
Who is/are your female role model(s) and why?
First female role model is my mom. She is a beautiful, smart, intelligent, confident, and independent woman with a great fashion sense and a diva. My mom has supported me in my journey and has been my pillar of strength and her wisdom is a blessing. I do like to follow Taylor swift / Lavern cox / Kim kardashian / Olivia Rodriguez/ Dua Lipa to name a few.
Tell us some fun facts about yourself. What are your hobbies (either when dressed or not), likes, things you do in your spare time, or anything else you would like to share?
I love to cook, bake and entertain. My double chocolate chip cookies are the bomb and my shrimp tacos are a hit amongst friends and family. I love watching sports like football, baseball, basketball, and hockey. I love walking in the park or hiking. Going to the beach in summer. Getting dressed and glammed to go to dinner/ club/ date night / girls night out is my favorite thing too.

Any stories you would like to share about yourself and your journey?
I am in the happiest phase of my life journey right now. I am confident in my skin and don’t let haters affect me anymore or bring me down. Mia was a shy introverted girl growing up and had no voice and was a follower. I have had tough times as I didn’t have courage to tell people who I really was from the inside. I have lost a lot of my early teen life hiding from myself. As my journey progressed I have slowly and steadily blossomed into a confident smart young woman who can now voice her opinion and can take on challenges head on and instead of crumbling under pressure rise to the occasion and fix things and build. Thanks to my family and friends who has supported me and let Mia live this life free
If you have social media, what is the best way for others to follow you?
I am on fetlife (miajazmine) snap (miajazminelove) and IG!

Before we go, would you like to send a message to your fellow girls out there or a closing statement.
To my fellow girls I would like to say that we know who we are at a very young age. This is who we are and this is not a choice we have taken. So no matter what anyone says or any adversities it’s important that you listen to your inner voice and be free and confident in your skin and do things that make you happy. You are worth it. Surround yourself with likeminded people who support you, cheer for you, and dress up! Enjoy your time, go to local friendly events or visit Glamour Boutique (it’s the best place to start). We have come a long way and it’s time for all of us to share some of our experiences and wisdom to young Mias who are struggling just like us. I have had a tough one too darlings but I have fought the battle hard and WON and come out stronger and I am sure y’all will too.
