This month’s Eye Candy Girl comes to us from the great state of Pennsylvania. As you can see by her photo above she is a big Eagles fan. We met her on Facebook when she sent over some beautiful photos of herself and we asked right away if she wanted to be a future Eye Candy Girl. We were so happy she said yes! Let’s all say hello to the lovely Abygail.
Hi Abygail. We are so happy you reached out to us with your photos a while back and now here we are. You are our September 2019 Eye Candy Girl. Let’s start by telling our readers where are you from?
I live in South Central Pa on the Mason Dixon line near Gettysburg
When did you first start dressing and how did it come about?
Well, I experimented dressing up when I was a teenager but didn’t really get into crossdressing until about one year ago. I looked up someone who could help me start my crossdressing, went on google & found the closest stylist/MUA who could help me. I found “True Color Artistry” and I have been going to them for a year now for all my photos and crossdressing styles.
How did you come up with your Femme name?
Abygail…. well it took me a while to come up with this name, I started out with 2 other names and after doing all my different looks this name just fit. I had a list of names to choose from and kept trying them out before I decided on Abygail. It just fits perfectly and now it’s the name I go by.
How often do you dress?
I dress up once a month for all my photos. I go up to my photographer/MUA for all my photos. I book a weekend day or I go up for the weekend. I dress in 3 different outfits per shoot, so I can show my look in different styles I like. I even sometimes do theme shoots, like for Christmas and other holidays. I also dress in other themes like sports or in something to support our troops and first responders
Are you married/in a relationship? If yes, are you able to share your female self with your partner?
No, I’m not in any relationship. I’m single both in my crossdressing or my normal male side. I do have a few close friends that know I crossdress and they are my BIGGEST supporters for my second life. Not even my family knows I crossdress.
What are some of your favorite outfits/fashions?
My favorite outfits are ripped jeans or jeans shorts. I also like leather pants. I’m getting into shirts. Pretty much the casual look and the fashionable look. My favorite outfit is my capri pants and my sweater tops. I also like my jean shorts w/ my Route 66 shirt and my cowboy boots. My newest outfit is my faux leather pants and leather knee-high boots.
Stockings or pantyhose?
Pantyhose, I like how it feels on my legs and it makes my legs look smooth, especially in skirts and my shorts. They also my legs look more femme.
Heels or flats?
Heels mostly, I don’t mind wearing flats either. As for heels, I just like how they feel, just as long as they’re not more than 4 inches. I also wear wedge style heels. I have better balance in wedges, but I’m getting better in 4-inch heels since my leather boots are 4-inch heels…lol. It also depends on my outfit and what I wear too. If I go casual, its wedges, but if I dress up its heels and if I go edgy, it’s my leather boots.
Favorite places to go when dressed?
Right now I haven’t really gone out dressed up as Abygail. I don’t have any girlfriends and my two closest friends don’t live close enough to me to go out. So, for now, it’s just during my photoshoots unless I stay near my photographer at a hotel, then I’ll drive back to my hotel.
Go to accessories for a night out
If I do get to go out, I love wearing jewelry, from rings, earrings, and necklaces. Also, depending on where I go or what I’m doing will dictate how much jewelry I would wear.
Who are your female role model(s) and why?
This may be funny, but Arial from Little Mermaid is one of my favorite role models, she is not afraid to follow her own path and not let people alter it. There was a set of twin actresses I admired back in the 80s that I wanted to be like. I also like Wonder Woman even though she is a fictional character. Lastly, classic women who are timeless like Marilyn Monroe & the James Bond Girls.
Tell us some things we may not know about you. What are your hobbies (either when dressed or not), likes, things you do in your spare time or anything else you would like to share about yourself?
In my spare time, I like to Antique shop and I’m also a vintage toy collector. I have an antique booth at a flea market where I sell vintage toys and other items. I like to travel. I’ve been to almost every state in the US, Canada, and Mexico. I’m also a fashion photographer. It’s what influenced me into crossdressing. I’m an avid Barbie doll collector. I collect vintage cameras. I’m also an avid admirer of Historic Route 66. Its part of my bucket list to drive the whole Route from beginning to end. I also want to travel to my other favorite countries as well.
Any stories you would like to share about yourself and your journey?
Well, I got into crossdressing mostly to escape the real world, I hate the negativity and this is a way for me to get away from it all. I also like how it feels to be a female and to be someone different even if it’s just for a day. One day I may share this with the whole world or my other half. Maybe get noticed by others in the same world.
If you have social media, what is the best way for others to follow you?
I have a Facebook page, it’s a like page so anyone can go onto it and view my items and read my story. People can contact me on it, either to chat, be my friend/fan or for work/gigs .. etc
Facebook.com/Allenacrossdresser
Before we go, would you would like to send a message to your fellow girls out there?
Even though I’m a new crossdresser, I do know that you should be your true self and don’t let others influence you in any shape or form. Beauty begins the moment you decide to be your true self. If anyone also has any advice for me in my new journeys as a crossdresser feel free to message me anytime.
Thanks Abygail and good luck to the Eagles this season.
