Every journey toward embracing femininity is as unique as the individual walking it. In this exclusive feature, we sit down with our Feeling Femme Grand Champion, Reagan, to hear her thoughts on confidence, personal style, and the beauty of self-expression. Whether you’re just beginning your own journey or looking for inspiration, Reagan’s insights offer a fresh perspective on what it means to feel feminine, glamorous, and true to yourself. Dive into her story and discover how she continues to shine both inside and out.
What inspired you to express your femininity, and how has that journey evolved over time?
I have always been inspired by makeup artists and drag queens on YouTube. I would watch them get ready and thought to myself wow I want to be just like them. The creators on this platform have so much charisma and confidence. I knew I had found the crowd I belonged to when watching their videos. From a young age I would spend a good hour or two doing my makeup before school regardless of what others said or how they looked at me. I knew who I was.
What advice would you give to someone just starting their journey in embracing their feminine side?
Always look at yourself in a positive light. You are a reflection of your mind. People may not always view you, how you view yourself. But self assurance is key in how others perceive you. You have to show up for yourself everyday because this is your life. Any negativity that is directed towards you, let it roll off your back.

Is there a particular outfit or style that makes you feel your most confident and glamorous self?
I have been channeling my inner Sabrina Carpenter lately. I love baby pinks, baby blues, and pale yellows. Ruffled mini skirts paired with body suits have been my go to recently. Can’t forget those heels either. Short n tight dresses are perfect for special occasions. I don’t buy an outfit unless I know it will go with a handbag and shoes that I already have in my wardrobe. On my casual days off I love a juicy couture track suit. Cute n comfy is so hot.
How do you go about choosing your outfits for a photoshoot? Do you prioritize themes, colors, or something else?
Depending on the vibe I usually go shopping with a friend. I trust my friends would tell me if something looked cute or not. Of course I may try it on if I’m unsure of the size. I wouldn’t say I’ve found my set style but I enjoy dressing up. I am not opposed to trying different looks.

What goes into creating the perfect hairstyle for you? Do you have any tips or favorite techniques?
I have switched up my own hairstyle over the years but one thing stays consistent throughout. I like a lot of volume and long lasting curls. Preferably volume placed on the top of the crown of the head. I achieve this with a good blowout. Your finished product is only as good as your blowout. I bobby-pin each subsection to achieve this. Along with a combination of hairstyling products. These products are typically a wet heat protectant, mousse, oil, dry shampoo, and hairspray. I’ll use dry heat protectant if I’m curling my hair with a wand.

When it comes to shoes, do you prefer statement heels, sleek flats, or something in between? Why?
It depends on where I’m going and the type of shoes I wear. I’ve been wearing a lot more heels lately whether it’s behind the chair at the salon or going out with my friends. I am not above wearing a comfortable mature looking flat after wearing heels for days in a row to the salon. I like a heeled bootie too, they’re manageable and look badass with a chain belt. If it’s casual usually sneakers or uggs. My summertime go to would have to be pretty sandals with the perfect pedicure for those sunny beach days.
