The tattoo cover would be used over the neutralizer (august, blue or pink) or to REPLACE it. The product serves as a cover for the beard or any other skin blemishes, providing unbelievably opaque coverage. Some people also choose to add their own foundations over the tattoo cover, but this is not always necessary.

To apply this product, use your fingers in a circular motion to create friction that will make the cover soft and pliable for applying to your face.
