Is Sissy Training crossdressing or a kink?

Crossdressing is commonly referred to as the practice of wearing clothing associated with the opposite gender from which you were born. Most of our clients are heterosexual men who find the practise of presenting as a female as a great stress reliever. However for some, it is part of exploring their sexuality. For others, sissification and being dominated is very much a part of the need to dress.

A kink is widely considered to be a non-traditional sexual behavior either through practice or fantasy. Most commonly associated with BDSM (bondage and discipline, dominance and submission, sadism and masochism) and communities who identify with leather and rubber fetishes, animal role-play, crossdressers and others. Terms like ‘submissive’ and ‘dominant’ with regards to role play and ‘top’ and ‘bottom’ will often be talked about within the community.

What is Sissy Training or Sissification?

Sissification is not typically about trying to ‘pass’ as a woman in public. Many clients we see, practise the art and science of crossdressing to try to pass whilst in a public setting – it’s a genuine challenge with enormous highs. Sissies, on the other hand, get a thrill from being forced to dress and present as a female in public by a dominatrix, for example. For some it is also a kink. Just as many crossdressers can trace their early experiences/awakenings back to childhood, so too can a lot of sissies remember their earliest fantasies of wanting to be forced to wear female clothes against their will.

What does Sissy Training include?

If crossdressing is about gender role reversal in how we present our physical selves, then forced feminization includes sissy training to make a submissive male take on the submissive role of the female. Sissy training can often also include humiliation as part of the ‘training’. The sissy is made to wear female clothing and makeup and often in a particular female role like a ‘maid’ which then results in ‘sissy maid training’. They can then be trained to carry out an exaggerated traditional female role which can include cleaning and serving their mistress or dominatrix. Punishment can include wearing a male chastity device for hours and even days on end. For some where being a sissy is a kink, the training and sissification may also include sexual practise like ‘pegging’ (being penetrated annaly as the submissive partner).

Who practices Sissification?

Many analysts have tried to explain why one person crossdresses or another consents to take part in forced feminization. Traditional societal norms have dictated what a male role is and what a female role is. Traditional male roles can be very stressful and the release of such burdens by crossdressing not only help heterosexual men to relax from such pressures but often lead to a better understanding of what it is to be a female in today’s society.

Where can you find Sissy Training?

Where does someone start if they wish to train as a sissy? Many individuals start in the privacy of their own home. It can be as simple as wearing women’s panties under their male clothes. This may lead to wearing lingerie and whole outfits of women’s clothes. Using makeup and shaving most parts of the body to become as smooth as a female can also be integrated into your daily and weekly regime. There are many online resources for ‘sissy training’ just a Google search away. For those wishing to include more formal training with a dominatrix, for example then you probably want to get a referral from other sissies. The best places for this would be to create a profile on alternative community websites. Somewhere like Fetlife.com is ideal and ask other members who may be near your location where there are good, trusted services for sissy training.
