Introducing our Eye Candy of the month: Violetta
Let’s start by telling everyone where you are from?
I am from Austria and live near Innsbruck/Tyrol
When did you first start dressing and how did it come about?
I came into contact with pantyhoses when I was in primary school for a carnival party as I was
dressed as a prince with a white pantyhose from a neighbor girl. Since then I was fascinated and began to buy nylon-tights and wear it secretly at the age of about 14/15. Secretly, I sometimes wore my younger sister’s skirt. The first time I went out was some years later in 2000. I dressed for a long time secretly and so it continued.
How did you come up with your Femme name?
First I chose my male first names but I never felt comfortable with them. I think my name should have been Viola or I thought Violetta would be the right name for me if I was born a girl. I like the color too. The last name I chose from a Book by Charles Dickens I think – there was a person called Enoch Arden. That should have been the name of a rock-band I never founded. It has nothing to do with the firm Elizabeth Arden. So that’s how I came up with Violetta Arden!
How often do you dress?
As often as I can. One or two times a week on average
Are you married/in a relationship? If yes, are you able to share your female self with your partner?
I am married to a wonderful wife. She is my second and hopefully the last. She knew my passion from the beginning. She accepts this side of me but I think she would like it more if I had not. But she lets me do my thing. I can dress in an apartment she owns and lets me use it for my excursions. At home I can wear tights and skirts and painted nails.
Tell us what goes into getting the perfect photo?
Difficult to say – there is always a thing that does not please me. I take pictures with the camera of my mobile-phone with a bluetooth-shutter. And I try to smile on them. I have never done a professional photo-shooting but maybe I’ll do one in the future. But as I am not perfect in my female being it might not exist a perfect photo.
What are some of your favorite outfits/fashions?
Like most of my “sisters” I like skirts and dresses. And I like to wear them a bit short. And I like lingerie as negligées with hold-ups or straps-tights
Stockings or pantyhose?
Stockings are more sexy but when I go out I wear pantyhoses most of the time. When the warmer time comes I sometimes wear stay-ups.
Heels or flats?
I like high-heels, but as I am about 1,77 m they are too high for going out. I don’t want to stand out with intent. When I am in my apartment I wear them sometimes. But I do not manage to walk correctly with the really high ones. So for my excursions I prefer medium –high to flat shoes.
Favorite places to go when dressed?
I like to walk in nature and take pictures there. But I also like to be among people and walk there En femme. I also ask people to take a photo of me and look at their reaction. As of now there were no negative comments or something of the sort. Maybe because I ask nicely.
Go to accessories for a night out
Normally I don’t go out at night. There were some meetings of crossdressers and trans-persons that I visited where there were parties in the evening or at night. When I went I wore some glitter-dresses with fitting accessories.
Who is/are your female role model(s) and why?
I don’t have one in particular. But I am impressed by “original” women at an advanced age (as I am) who like to dress a bit sexy and show their legs, and express that age has nothing to do with attraction.
Tell us some fun facts about yourself. What are your hobbies (either when dressed or not), likes, things you do in your spare time, or anything else you would like to share?
I had a funny experience last week. I took a cable-car to the last destination I went to. You can also use an annual-ticket where there is a photo and name marked down. I bought this ticket in my male role. It was controlled by a nice woman from the company and she did not believe that I was the same person on the ticket… She was very friendly but in the end I had to show my driver’s license. When I am dressed I don’t have special hobbies. I have been playing the drums and singing in a band for over thirty years and still have some gigs per year. I like to ride on my e-bike, in winter skiing and cross-country skiing, and for a couple of years I started playing classical guitar. I like to change into a woman but I think that I will stay a crossdresser.
Any stories you would like to share about yourself and your journey?
It is very precious to have a partner who accepts your passion. And it is very important not to overburden her. But on the other hand there is no use in hiding your passion and keeping it a secret as it won’t disappear. Find a way so your female soul has its rights.
