It’s not a secret that many of the girls we meet and feature in Eye Candy are girls we meet through one of our contests. We met Camilla during the last Sexy Legs contest where she placed third in a year with the toughest competition that contest had ever seen. Camilla’s legs aren’t the only sexy thing about her as she is the total package. Once we saw her entry photos, we knew she was an Eye Candy Girl! Why don’t we all get to know Camilla a little better.
Camilla, thanks so much for sitting down with us as our latest Eye Candy. Let’s start off by telling everyone where are you from?
Born and raised in Idaho! Although everyone I meet tells me I don’t look like I’m from or belong in Idaho (lol).
When did you first start dressing and how did it come about?
I remember ever since I was as young as 5 years old, that I would dress up in my sister’s and mom’s clothes. I remember I would always take these long couch covers that would go over the arms of our couch, and I would just put that on my head and pretend it was a wig lol.
I always dabbled in makeup here and there (mostly eye shadow and lipstick) but never actually got into wearing makeup and a wig until around 2010.
I was doing that off and on in the privacy of my own home til about 2014, and then I started buying some girl clothes and started dressing regularly, with the motivation of looking as passable as I could. I just wanted to look and feel like a normal everyday girl. Something I always wished I was born as at birth.
How did you come up with your Femme name?
Well, I go by Camilla and Kiwi. My real middle name actually is Kiwi, and I have always just liked the name, Camilla. Hamilton comes from the country my mom was born in, which is New Zealand.
How often do you dress?
Everyday! Its a permanent part of my life, and I couldn’t be happier!
Are you married/in a relationship? If yes, are you able to share your female self with your partner?
I am single at the moment. But it has never been an issue with the men I have dated and been in relationships with.
What are some of your favorite outfits/fashions?
I have a laid back and chill style. Some of my favorite outfits include athleisure wear with some sneakers. High waisted jeans with a crop top, button-down shirt (plaid or solid colors), or bodysuit- with some sneakers or a low heel, and usually a light jacket or cardigan to top it off.
In the winter, I love turtlenecks (full length and cropped), plaid skirts with lacy pantyhose underneath, and warm v neck sweaters and sweater dresses.
When I’m home and lounging around, I love to go simple and throw on one of my Calvin Klein bralettes & panties, and some thigh-high socks. I’ll add an oversized flannel shirt if I want to feel extra cozy.
But if I want to get dolled up, my favorite go-to’s are two-piece outfits. So a top and a skirt (sometimes matching) with some nice heels or sneakers (if the two pieces are casual enough). Sometimes I’ll top that off with a nice cropped blazer or a nice jacket. I’m not the biggest fan of dresses on myself, just because I feel like they don’t flatter my figure as good as a two-piece; but when I do wear dresses, I prefer v necks, and I love them short, yet long enough to where my bum won’t be exposed, and I love to pair them with nice thigh high boots.. I also love LOVE to wear earthy colors and I LOVE to virtually wear anything that is dark red/burgundy.
Stockings or pantyhose?
Stockings for sure. When I first started dressing, thigh high stockings were an everyday staple in my attire. But I do love me some nice soft pantyhose though!
Heels or flats?
The princess inside of me really wants to scream HEELS! Lol but it really depends on the occasion and my mood. If I’m going to the store, then some nice sneakers are usually my first pick. I love Nike, Converse, and Vans. But if I’m going to dinner that calls for more formal attire and I want to look extra nice, then definitely heels. A nice heeled booty or thigh-high boots are my go-to’s for heels.
Favorite places to go when dressed?
I enjoy going to restaurants, parks, clubs, and new cities and places where I can sightsee.
Go to accessories for a night out
Lip liner, Lipstick, Eyelash glue (in case the darn inner corners of my lashes wanna lift), and face powder. Other things include earrings, a nice bracelet or a watch, a ring or two, and a necklace. Nothing too gaudy. Can’t forget a clutch or a little purse to keep everything in!
Who is/are your female role model(s) and why?
Probably cliche to say, but my mother. We always don’t see eye to eye, but she is my favorite woman ever to be in my life. She is irreplaceable, and I treasure her and I’m lucky to call her mom. She loves her children unconditionally and has always done everything she could for my siblings and me. She is amazing, and words can’t describe how much I love her.
Tell our readers some fun facts about yourself. Do you have any hobbies? What do you do in your spare time either when dressed or not?
I love to hike, camp, float rivers, play some sports (basketball and volleyball), and work out (LOVE working out my legs and booty especially… Like all girls lol).
Also, a little fact about me: although I admire it on other girls and think they look amazing, I’m a very simple girl. I like to wear as little makeup as I can get away with. So sometimes in my spare time, I’ll experiment and see what kind of natural looks I can come up with.
Any stories you would like to share about yourself and your journey?
So the first time I went out all dressed up, was, like a lot of girls, on Halloween night (If anyone is ever nervous about going out and is looking for an excuse to go out for their very first time, Halloween time is perfect. Please take advantage of it!). But the first night I went out, I was super nervous, yet excited. My friend was so sweet and told me how good she thought I looked, and she could not tell I was not born a female. I told her to be honest with me and she said she was being honest. So that made me feel much better… even though looking back, as long as you’re having fun and not hurting anyone, passing should be irrelevant. So we went out to an LGBT friendly bar, and a straight bar. I was so nervous at both places, especially the straight bar. But it honestly turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I got compliments all night long at both bars and it made me feel super confident. I just felt right being out and dressed up. I felt like I was being my true authentic self living my best life; and after that night, I was always looking forward to going out and having more adventures.
If you have social media, what is the best way for others to follow you?
You can find me on FB at Kiwii Whai.
Before we go, would you like to send a message out there to your fellow girls or a closing statement.
To my tall girls who may feel self-conscious about their height while en femme: Standing at 6 ft tall with no shoes on, I used to always feel super nervous and self-conscious wearing heels out because I have never liked to draw attention to myself. I’m shy, I’m reserved, and I was always worried about what people were thinking of me. But honey, let me tell you. If you’re that tall wearing heels, you’re always gonna get attention! You just gotta embrace it and be confident in yourself; and most importantly, HAVE FUN! Don’t worry about what others may think. You’re not living your life for them, you’re living your life for YOU. Do what makes YOU feel happy! And to all my fellow girls- LOVE YOURSELF. LOVE YOUR BODY. LOVE THE LIFE YOU LIVE. No one can LOVE you like YOU can!
Well said Camilla. Thank you so much for talking to us and we look forward to seeing you in future Glamour Boutique Contests!
