The Glamour Girl Picture Contest
Our picture contest is underway and the Glamour Boutique Office is buzzing with some of the beautiful entries we have received so far. This is always our favorite time of year because we get to see so many wonderful photos from some of our longtime friends and customers. If you are still trying to get a picture you are happy with, we can help you with some tips on getting those perfect photos.
Let’s take a look at some of our early entries as well as some photo tips from two former Grand Champions.
With over 125 entries so far, we have been seeing a lot of familiar faces and quite a few newcomers. Now keep in mind, this year we have the Best Newcomer Award thanks to the generosity of last years Grand Champion Jill Smith. In fact, one newcomer is leading the voting for the People Choice Award as well – Jenn from Mexico.
Can Jenn be a double winner this year? With some amazing first timers already entered, we will see as the Newcomer competition will be stiff.
Some familiar faces are already in the contest and as always they have really brought their A game.
We know that every year Miss Georgia Brooks tries to outdo her photos from the previous year and every year she never disappoints. Just take a look:
And that is just one of her 3 amazing entries. Will Georgia be a Top 10 Kitten again this year? Is this the year she finally wins it all? We will see.

Dia, who was a top 10 finisher in last years Sexy Legs Contest is ready to do the same as a Glamour Girl.
Renato who was a Top 10 finisher in last years Sexy Legs and a runner up in last years Kitten Category.
Annastasya who has been a Top 10 girl the last few years and has sent two super sexy photos showing us she is ready to hit that Top 3 and maybe win it all this year.
The Cougars and Super Cougars are on fire this year as well. With many familiar faces throwing their stockings in the ring once again.
Patricia, a frequent Glamour Boutique contest participant, was our first official entry this year and got things off to a great start with this hot selfie!
Kim Rydick is back and ready to win it all with this great shot showing us she got all nice and clean for this year’s contest.
Last years Super Cougar winner and one of last years Eye Candy Girls, Susan Albright is back to try and go back to back and also add Grand Champion to her Glamour Girl resume.
Now, let’s hear from two former Grand Champions who know what it takes to win the Big One.
Last years Grand Champion Jill Smith offers this piece of advice – “Although I don’t have any real words of wisdom, the only thing I would say to this year’s contestants is that when I won last year, I thought there were lots of prettier girls and more artistic pictures in the contest, but I tried to submit pics that showed the pure joy I have being Jill, and I would tell other girls to do the same.”
Our 2014 Grand Champion Donna Kelli wants you to know, “When it comes to taking the photo, the main thing, of course, is the girl. Be sure your makeup is good, and your hair and outfit colors work for you. Location is always nice and can give the impression the girl is comfortable with being herself, I’m speaking about upscale venues or outdoors places where the entrant can show themselves in a setting as themselves. I may be asking too much but I like to treat this contest like “The Big one” and I enjoy the title Grand Champion of a contest that means something within the community. Donna also wants you to stay away from Photoshopping your photos. “There’s nothing more disappointing to me than to meet a girl at an event and find she is nothing like her photos online (heavily photoshopped).”
Donna continues, “Lighting is important and outdoor lighting can be best, although if an indoor flash is set properly it can give the same effect, it will show all of our wrinkles though…LOL
Posing and knowing several poses is wise as well. Practice, Practice, Practice…then shoot the picture.”
Thanks, Jill and Donna! The last thing we can say to all of our girls out there yet to enter… What are you waiting for!? Get those photos taken, get them over to us and see what happens. We do this contest every year so all of our girls have a place to show off and have fun. At the end of the day that is the most important thing.
