Consider foam breast formsOne of the biggest sweat creators for any crossdresser during the summer are silicone breast forms. Talk about uncomfortable! However, you can avoid the sticky adhesive, added weight, and trouble by wearing a pair of foam breast forms. Foam is lightweight and does not require any spray adhesive that silicone forms require. See, in extreme temperatures, normal silicone adhesive sprays become less effective throughout the day when the body sweats. The more sweat causes the breast forms to move around and eventually fall off. However, foam breast forms easily fit into pocket bras and can be worn around with no hassle at all.
