HOW A GAFF WORKS – A Gaff is used to accomplish two thing; first to hold the two sacs up into the crevice from which they originally fell, second to hold the main member back. The wearer works sacs back up into the hollows and then the member back and then uses the gaff to maintain that placement. This will create a smooth feminine appearance in the crotch area.
When the male is young the testicles reside up in a hollow cavity. During puberty they drop down leaving the hollow cavity still there. One can still work the testes back up into that area while simultaneously moving the penis down and back. The tightness of the lycra material in the gaff is used to keep everything held in that position. Thus it gives the male lower body the appearance of a female area even when wearing tight slacks or pants.
