HOW A GAFF WORKS--- A Gaff is used to accomplish two things. First to hold the two sacs up into the crevice from which they originally fell. Second to hold the main member back. The wearer works sacs back up into the hollows and then the member back and then uses the gaff to maintain that placement. This will create a smooth feminine appearance in the crotch area.

HOW A GAFF WORKS--- When the male is young the testicals reside up in a hollow cavity. During puberty they drop down leaving the hollow cavity still there. One can still work the Testies back up into that area while simultaneously moving the penis down and back. The tightness of the lycra material in the gaff is used to keep everything held in that position.
