RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY :
We will exchange products for size and color at no cost to our customers as long as the item is returned within 10 days of having received the package in 'as new' condition. You must call us first to receive a Return Authorization Code. Apart from the cost of returning the item to us there will be no re-stocking or cleaning fee as long as we receive the item back is 'as new' condition and within 10 days of you receiving the order (this date determined by our Shipper Tracking - date to be from when package left at receivers address).
The exceptions are Wigs, Make-Up, Adhesives and Intimate Apparel,
which are governed by State and other Laws / Regulations.
Wigs or intimate apparel that has been worn/removed from packaging cannot be returned.
If all attempts to provide the correct item do not satisfy the customer, we will refund or credit that individual's account.
If a credit is issued then it will include the shipping charges.
In terms of a refund, it will involve only the actual cost of the returned item, LESS the actual shipping costs involved in sending the item to the customer.
CANCELLED ORDERS: Cancellation after shipping results in a refund less the charge of actual shipping and return shipping costs. Cancellation before order has shipped but AFTER credit card has been charged will result in a refund LESS 4% to cover the cost of credit card fees we are charged. Be sure you want items before proceeding with your order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT :
BREASTFORMS WHICH HAVE BEEN DAMAGED OR GLUED TO THE BODY
CANNOT BE RETURNED !
We urge the customer to try on the forms without adhering them and make sure that they are the correct size and model BEFORE using any adhesive !
Breastforms are waranteed for one year against manufacturers defects including seam and membrane/silicone separations.
They are NOT warrenteed against rips, punctures, or tears in the polyurethane membrane.
With shoes, Please be careful not to scuff the bottoms or sides.
We recommend that you try them on a carpeted area to prevent any damage to the shoes. Marked shoes cannot be returned.
