We collect customer contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used ONLY to send orders to our customers – we NEVER use this information to send you newsletters or marketing emails or mail order catalogues (you have to physically sign-up to receive our Monthly Newsletter). User’s Financial information that is collected is used to charge the user for products.
You may sign-up on our Home Page to receive our Monthly Newsletter including discounts and special offers exclusive to subscribers – you will never be added just because you make an order off the website. You may un-subscribe from the Newsletter at any time by simply clicking on the ‘Un-subscribe’ link at the bottom of every Newsletter.
SECURITY
Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. In addition to using a secure server system that encrypts your order information, credit card details are automatically purged/deleted from our secure system after 3 weeks. Orders are processed manually using the same process we use for fax and telephone orders. At no time is your payment information or any personal data transmitted to a third party for verification or processing. Once the order is retrieved, all portions of the order fulfillment process are handled internally.
