INTERNATIONAL ORDER
GlamourBoutique.com ship to all countries globally. We mail all overseas packages via United States Postal Service Airmail and transit time varies between 5-12 days on average depending where you live. This is a guide only and we cannot be responsible for delays caused by Customs etc.
All overseas packages are accompanied by a Customs Form with a brief and discreet description of the contents. Please note that although extremely rare, the buyer is responsible for any local taxes/duties that may be charged by customs if an inspection occurs - we cannot be responsible for knowing the rates for each country.
On the Customs Forms we mark the contents as 'Gift' or 'Commercial Sample' and the value is marked at 50% of the actual order value.
All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes/mailers with no company name mentioned. We package everything discreetly with only a residential address as the Return Address being used. Orders received by 4pm Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day (subject to stock availability). Our parent company GB Services will show up on your credit card statement and NOT Glamour Boutique.
If you want us to use UPS, Fedex, DHL or any other carrier other than the United States Postal Service then please email dhborrows@gmail.com for actual cost. We will only charge what the carrier charges us - we do not aim to make a profit on our shipping. |
