Do not be deceived by the cup sizing. This is not regarding Cup Size but for Chest Width. A C on the Male body is a smaller to average sized body and a D on an Average to larger sized Body!

HOW THE QBRA WORKS -- There is a strong reuseable glue on the back of each form. Clean the skin with an alcohol prep and then let the chest area air dry. To start the procedure, simply unhook the two silicone cups from each and remove the plastic layers from their backs. Fan open the first breastform and then place it on your chest with the center touching and then press the form outwards so there is no air under it. (This is important because any air trapped underneath the form will work against it holding strongly.) Do the same on the other side and then pull the two sides together and hook in the middle.
When finished make sure the pads are clean and simply place the plastic covers over each side and store away until the next use.
