Setting Powder with Anti-Perspirant to keep one's face dry in even the hottest situations. Setting powder is used to matte cream make-up applications. Apply powder with a powder puff or with a mkeup brush and brush over the foundation to set it and to smooth out the foundation into a flawless, even finish.

Setting Powder is used over the foundation and then finally after all of the contouring, blush, eye and lip make up is applied to blend everything together in an almost non-makeup look. Making a person with make-up look liek they are not wearing make up is the ideal goal of every make-up artist.
