No--we respect the privacy of our customers and do not sell our customer lists to anyone.
How can I pay/how does the billing on my credit card statement appear?
The billing company is "GB Services". It took us a great deal of time and effort to meet the requests of our clients but we finally did get the change made. Also accept Money Orders and PayPal; the diffrerent options will be presented during checkout
How long will my order take to receive?
We try to get orders out as soon as possible. Many items are kept in stock but there are many items that we order from our suppliers. If a wig is not in stock, it generally takes about 4-8 business days to arrive here. The 2000N breastforms are generally instock and if we run out it takes about a week to receive a new shipment from our supplier. Lingerie items not in stock take about 7-10 days to receive here. Most shoes are in stock or take 5-9 days at the most to receive. Stockings are also generally kept in stock. For specific shipping information we recommend that you e-mail us with the specific items you are interested in so we can give you an exact arrival estimate.
Are the packages sent discreetly?
Yes--the boxes are plain or Priority U.S. Mail Boxes with a return address label that states: 258A Rte 46 East, Fairfield, nj 07004 USA Even we would not know where the box was coming from or what was in it. We are very discretion oriented because we understand the needs of our customers.
How are boxes shipped?
We generally mail 2-3 day Priority or UPS Ground but sometimes in cases of small orders we mail First Class to reduce postage charges.
Do you have a store?
Yes--our store is located at 850 Southbridge Street (Route 20 West) in Auburn (directly south of Worcester), Massachusetts. How do I get to your store?
IN AUBURN, MASSACHUSETTS:
We are off of exit 10 (not 10A) of the Massachusetts Turnpike. As you come out of the toll booth bear to the right and onto 12 South. Follow 12 South for a mile until you come to where 12 South and 20 West join (across from the McDonald's. Continue for 1/4 mile and on the right you will pass a Burger King, liquor store and a Spa King. Then you will see the West Side Plaza. We are directly in the center of the plaza. If you get to the Getty Gas Station, you have gone too far.
FROM PROVIDENCE---take 146 North to 20 West. You will go for about 6 miles and when you pass your 2nd McDonald's on the left you will see the Burger King, liquor store and Spa King. Turn in to the West Side Plaza.
FROM NORTHERN MASSACHUSETTS---Take 290 West until you get to Exit 8 (south of Worcester). At the end of the exit you will have a left or right option. Take the left for a short ways to a redlight on Route 12. Take the right onto 12 South. Follow it for a mile until it joins with Route 20 West. We are 1/4 mile up on the right in the West Side Plaza. Can I get OVERNIGHT shipping if the items are available?
Yes--we can ship US Postal Overnight or UPS Nest Day or FedEx overnight. The charge is $39.95 for such orders (domestic). UPS does not normally deliver on Saturday so, Overnight Packages shipped by UPS on Friday will arrive on Monday ! Do you send automatic responders to orders indicating you have received the order?
Yes, if our New Shopping Cart is used to place the order, it will automatically E-mail an Order Confirmation. No, for our Original Shopping Cart, but, at present, we are working on developing such a system.
Suppose I want to get the status on my order. What do I do?
If our New Shopping Cart is used to place the order, Just Log In by clicking on "e;Order Tracking"e;, and you will be able to check the status of your order ! This will include the Tracking number when the package is shipped ! You can also Call or E-mail us ! Please include the your name on the E-mail, so we can better track the order for you .
What if I can't get your order form to work?

Suppose I don't indicate a length on a petticoat that I order?
We will contact you ! The waist size generally indicates a certain length. We will use the company's standard length if we do not have a specific length. Petticoats for Maid uniforms are generally 16"e; in length.
How can your Breast forms be priced so much lower than others I have seen on the net?
We do a very large volume monthly and have negotiated a better price on our forms. In addition, we have a small mark-up on them. Thus we sell them for less than the wholesale price to keep the volume for our supplier.
I have seen other Breast forms on the net at a price lower than yours. Why shouldn't I buy from one of these sites?
No one--we repeat no one--sells the same high quality breastform at a lower price. Just remember that many companies use photographs that make the forms look much better than they really are. There is a company in England for instance that shows pictures of real women's breasts and claims that they are silicone prostheses. We have had customers pay as much as $800 for a pair of them and have stated that they felt our forms were far superior and at a fraction of the cost. We are also one of the only companies that offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. Other companies tell you they will exchange for size but do not offer a satisfaction guarantee. Are the breast forms warranteed?
The forms are warranteed against any seams letting go and internal separation of the silcione from the polyurethane wall. Piercing by a sharp object eliminates all warrantees on the forms.
Breastforms are not returnable if they had adhesive applied to them.

along with address information for us to send the return. Be sure to insure the return contents or at the least obtain a tracking number - it is your responsibility to have them reach us in good condition. Breastforms are not returnable if they had adhesive applied to them.
What happens if the forms we receive are too small or large?
Simply call us for a Return Authorization Number and send them to our Return Address listed below with a note identifying the specific changes you want along with your return mailing information; and we will get the replacements out as soon as possible. You may wish to take out insurance on the return as it's your responsibility until it reaches us in good condition.

How do I determine the proper Breast form size for myself?
We recommend that you take a measurement of your chest below the nipple and then decide what cup size you want (A= Small; B=Medium; C =Full; D=Very Full; and DD=Extremely large.) In woman and men with small frames, the number of inches around the chest will give you the B cup number. Thus--a 38 would equal a 38B. In men, the number is an A cup. Add 2 to go to the B cup; add another 4 to go to the C cup; add 2 more to go to the D cup and then another 4 for the DD cup. Thus a 38C would be a 40 in women and a 44 in men; 40C would be a 42 in women or 46 in men; etc.
What is the difference between the GL3000 and the GL2000N?
The 2000N is an asymmetrical form with wings going back to the arm pit and up the chest. This gives a very natural look in the bra. The 2000Ns have a new prominent nipple that often protrudes throught the bra. The 3000s are teardrop shaped with a concave back. Concave backs work great for bodybuilders with large pecs and individuals with a good amount of existing flesh on the chest. Other than that the 2000Ns are a better buy.
What if I am not sure of my size?
Include your measurements and we will do our best to provide you with the proper size.
How can I improve the attachment of my forms?
After cleaning your skin, you must do an alcohol prep (witch hazel is fine). The alcohol prep removes soap and any other residuals that may hamper the attachment strength of the forms. We also recommend using Hollister 7730 for the medical adhesive because it it the least likely to have an allergic reaction adhesive that we know.
