B3 Blusher by Cameo Cosmetics which can be used as a GREAT Contour. The B3 is excellent for even more dramatic highlighting than the B2. These are considered Earth Tones. The concept of CONTOURING is used by many of today's best know actresses to look more beautiful than they are in person. What it involves is using the darker contouring powder to make larger noses, larger jawlines or other defects look less prominent. This is based upon the theatrical concept that lighter colors seem closer and more prominent and darker colors creates the appearance of being smaller or further away. We know one make-up artist who uses the contour on the sides of the nose to make it look smaller and then a thin pink line extending down to a small circle at the tip of the nose to make the edge of the nose seem much narrower. The contour is of course blended into the white area in the final use of setting/finishing powder to take away the look of makeup and make it look more like it is part of the actual skin. In terms of blushing, the hollow under the cheek bones extending up to the outside bottom edge of the cheekbone is used to look less prominent with the blusher thus making the cheek bones look even more prominent. In addition, many even use pink or off white powder on the high cheek bones to make them look even more prominent (especially if there is little cheek bone to start with.)
