B19 Neutralizer by Mehron. StarBlend cake makeup by Mehron. Color, Blithe Spirit "Anchor Woman Blue" a.k.a. the famous "Blue Goo". This underfoundation smooths the skin and acts as a great cover up for 5 o'clock shadow. Should be applied in a very light coat under the foundation. Also a great way to neutralize dark circles under eyes, highlight the cheeks which makes them look more prominent, and highlight the between eyebrow area (over the nose) since it will lighten under the foundation Note: Will lighten skin color so this may not be ideal for very light skinned people. NOTE FROM ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS: Since the Blue Goo tends to lighten the complexion, they suggest using it in the high cheek area as a way to make the cheek bones look more prominent. It can also be used in other areas of the face to create the same effect--for instance, if the eyes are hollowed or there are any deep lines in the face. NOTE FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER: "After applying the Blue Goo lightly and evenly around the face, I use the Clown Pink (CP132) to bring the color back before I use my foundation". Between the two color neutralizers, they report that they are very pleased with the results.
