When figuring the actual length desire, remember that the waist band is 1" wide and to measure down from that point to the desired length. The waist band consists of a button and slit which is very easy to adapt to a smaller waist. Petite - 17" Length; Small - 19" Length; Medium - 21" Length; Large or Bigger--23" Length. Any Petticoat length over 23" will have a $2.00 surcharge per inch on all Petticoats except the PS 17 and PS35. The PS17 and PS35 will have a $2.00 per inch surcharge over 32" length.
