Any Petticoat length over 23" will have a $1.50 surcharge per inch on all Petticoats except the PS 17 and PS35. The PS17 and PS35 will have a $1.50 per inch surcharge over 32" length. We try to carry the most popular petticoats (835) in stock in white, pink, and white with black trim but we can cannot guarantee that we will always have all sizes in stock.
