The quality of the form I can not rave enough about. So I now know that whatever forms you need in the CD lineup, are possible. But these I would think are close to the outer limits of size from a sales perspective. As to the droop issue, I realized that it is actually in this form a non issue, because the bra intercedes necessarily. At this point I have not worn them for a whole twelve hours while up and about. I can see that the stress on the shoulders could become an issue, but that is cautioned by the size and strength of the man wearing them. The shoulder strap definitely needs to have a cushion for support over the shoulder. The feel of the form and the matte finish are exactly what the Boob Dr. ordered! They warm to your body temperature . But because of their size the warm body temperature does not make it to the nipple. If you were a stripper a cold breast insert is a definite no no, but unless you put a heating coil inside the form (just kidding), the circumference will be cool to the touch. They also fit the chest wall reducing although not eliminating the gap between the form and the chest wall. The snugness is very sexy after using makeshift forms. It feels like the touch of a woman’s warm breast against your own after the bra comes off and whatever else has made it to the floor in a hurry. Finally the concave issue, doesn’t seem to mater with these. I did place a cushion behind them but it didn’t make any appreciable fitting difference. I slept with them on , although I did not flop over and see whether they would withstand 180 lbs of twisted Swede. (Maybe I will try that, it might be a litmus test!). However, even at sleep they held tight in the bra with only minor shifting. “Do not sleep with the forms” has become a caveat in CD sales of breast forms, since they break down internally under body weight. But that is something that would develop over time and an abusive relationship with your boobs. Since I am a basket case I did sleep with them. As far as the shape and “girth” of the form, obviously the teardrop emphasizes extension first, although these are wide enough also for me, and I could not handle a wider form (or a more extended form either). And since I still get all mixed up about asymmetry, I think the tria and triangle give less extension but more coverage. In this form I do not think an attachable or self adhering option is necessary (and I think you already said that was not possible because of the skin stress?) As far as the personal fit for me, the width is perfect, and although they are very large they are close to the 42F I have been constantly talking about. (But I may have to scale that back to an 42E) I do think that they stretch the meaning of passability and fall into the category of dream weaver. On the street they might be dangerous but at home they are wonderfully big and bouncy, and move sensually with every step. If I went to a drag or CD/TV gathering, they would of course be show stoppers. In the final initial analysis, the giants are super. The benefits are clear: . Need to only wear a bra with them. . Do not need pads and fillers . Do not need to constantly adjust them . Provide ample extension, width and cleavage for a male torso . Provide sexy sway and bounce that is controlled . Provide a form that is soft, realistic, and of superior quality . Appear to be wearable during sleep (sleep proof) Measurements: 9 inches from top to bottom in the back; 8 inches, 7 1/2 inches across in the back; 6 inches tall; 15 inches tracing the outer front edge down from top to bottom.
