Company History
Glamour Boutique was established in 1996 as an Internet shopping site selling mastectomy breast forms and clothing at our Sturbridge, Massachusetts location. As well as serving females with sensibly priced mastectomy forms Glamour Boutique have always been great supporters of the Transgender community. In 1998 we opened a full 1500 square foot retail store in Auburn, Massachusetts. Three years later, we opened our second store in Las Vegas minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Most Recently, We Are All Very Proud To Announce Our New Jersey Order Fulfillment Facility !

Glamour Boutique is noted for having one of the best customer-satisfaction service anywhere. We are committed to our customers receiving high quality merchandise at the lowest prices possible. To accomplish this goal, we are constantly seeking new vendors that will provide super deals for our customers as well as special buys from our current providers. We value the trust placed in us by customers for their mastectomy, breast enhancement and bodyshaping needs so always strive for best quality at a fair price. In some cases such as our Breastforms, we have used volume buying to bring the product cost down to wholesale prices. We also have many items made special overseas for our customers.
Privacy Guarantee
Our staff is also committed to the importance of privacy for our customers. Shipping is done in very discrete packaging with only the street and city/state/zip code information on our labels. We never sell our customer lists to anyone and also never send mailings out without the consent of the customer. That explains our use of a sign-up newsletter. We serve genetic females, the transgendered/cd community, post-mastectomy patients, post-chemo patients and sufferers of alopecia and treat your privacy with the respect it deserves at all times.
Buying Help
Our company has access to almost every major wig, lingerie, shoe and breastform company in business today. We also pride ourselves in our knowledge of their products. Please do not hesitate to give us a call and ask questions about our products or those that you may have seen elsewhere. Our toll free number (888-721-8688) provides a great way for you to save money by buying an item at a lower price or by not buying a product that might not work for you.
Low Price Guarantee
If you see the same product that we sell anywhere at a lower price, we will match that price. That includes product and shipping and additional charges that the company may charge. Thus if the total competitor cost to receive an item is $200 plus $35 for shipping and handling then we would match the $235 price. Also, please ensure it is the same item and not a closeout or 'imperfect' product.
Return Policy
We will exchange products for size and color one time per order (within thirty days of purchase) at no cost to our customers apart from the postage/shipping you pay to get the item back to us (always ensure you obtain 'Delivery Confirmation' as the item(s) is/are your responsibility until they reach us. If after the first exchange you require a further exchange from the same order or item you will be charged for the additional flat rate shipping back to you. We ship exchanges back via UPS Ground or Priority mail - if you require a quicker method/rush then you will need to pay the extra. The only product we cannot exchange are wigs, makeup and intimate apparel which are governed by state and other regulations (gaffs, panties, teddies etc). and Special Order/Custom made items like Petticoats and Corsets that are not normal in-stock Items. Wigs, makeup and intimate apparel cannot be returned. We have staff available to help you with sizeing so please email or call us prior to ordering if you are in doubt. Please ensure returned items reach us in the condition you received them in - ensure they are in the correct packaging and if folded or in the case of corsets, laced, please ensure they are returned in similar condition or a re-stocking fee will be charged for the time taken to return the item(s) to their original condition including any cleaning. We recommend you take out insurance on all returns as it is your responsibility to return garments to us in perfect condition - at the very least you should obtain a tracking number.
If all attempts to provide the correct item do not satisfy the customer then we will refund or credit that individual's account. If a credit is issued then it will include the shipping charges. In terms of a refund, it will involve only the actual cost of the returned item excluding the actual shipping costs involved in sending the item to the customer. Returns not meeting the requirements of the above may be subject to a 15 % Re-Stocking Fee. PLEASE NOTE THAT BREASTFORMS THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED OR GLUED TO THE BODY CANNOT BE RETURNED. We urge the customer to try on the forms without adhering them and make sure that they are the correct size and model BEFORE using any adhesive. Breastforms are waranteed for one year against manufacturing defects including seam and membrane/silicone separations. They are NOT warrenteed against rips or tears in the polyurethane membrane.
If breastforms have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately so we can contact the carrier. If the carrier disputes the damage claim we will offer store credit or replacement for the damaged breastforms only.
OVERSEAS: Please bear in mind it is the responsibility of overseas customers if customs open a package and demand duty - it is impossible for us to know customs charges for each individual country we sell to and levy these charges on your behalf. Any packages refused and returned to us will have the order refunded less the cost of shipping both ways.
With shoes, please be careful not to scuff the bottoms or sides. We recommend that you try them on a carpeted area to prevent any damage to the shoes.
CANCELLED ORDER AFTER SHIPMENT: For returns made as a result of cancelling the part of or the whole order after shipping customers will be charged for the ACTUAL shipping fees associated with the order and not just the cost of shipping you were charged. Glamour Boutique subsidizes shipping on 95% of packages shipped and cannot be expected to subsidize shipping on cancelled orders. For cancellations of all/part of the order customer is also liable for 5% deduction of refund to cover credit card charges. If the order has been charged but not yet shipped we refund you the full charge LESS 5% which pays for the credit card fees levied on us by the payment processor - please do not order unless you are sure you want the items.
TRACKING PACKAGES/DELIVERY: Please note that all domestic packages are sent with tracking/delivery confirmation and that all domestic packages are Guaranteed to reach their destination in under 6 days from shipping date. If after 10 days from shipping date no package has been received you must inform us as soon as possible. If you do not inform us and Delivery confirmation/Tracking shows the package as 'delivered' we cannot be responsible we cannot be held responsible if you fail to tell us within 15 days of shipping daye.
